The Burwood Flagship: Where It Started

When Yogurberry opened their flagship store in Burwood, New South Wales, the brief went beyond function. They wanted the toppings station to be a visual centrepiece, something that drew customers in the moment they walked through the door and set the tone for the whole experience.

The result was a wall installation of IDM candy dispensers, filled with a beautiful selection of toppings. It became part of the store's identity almost immediately. Customers move through the space naturally, build their yogurt, approach the wall, and take their time. The dispensers keep everything clean, portioned, and visible. There is no mess, no guesswork, nothing to put a customer off. Just colour, variety, and a genuinely satisfying self-serve moment.

The Burwood wall proved the concept. And Yogurberry ran with it.

A Format That Travels: Parramatta, Blacktown, and Beyond

The Yogurberry network uses several variations of the IDM Free Flow line, allowing each store to create a setup that fits its own layout and design style perfectly.

Some locations use the H50L-SI-FF model, a popular wall mounted solution often selected in sets of 5 for large toppings walls and high visual impact.

Other stores chose the single version, the H10L-SI-FF, which offers more flexibility for curved walls, smaller spaces, or custom layouts.

In some locations, Yogurberry even removed the upper extension section entirely, creating an H50-FF style setup with a 4.5L capacity that fits the proportions and flow of the space more naturally.

The result is a system that feels consistent across the brand while still allowing every location to have its own personality.

Parramatta and Blacktown are both now open, Broadway Sydney is already in the pipeline, and more locations are on the way.
