Can elegance and fun live in the same room? At IDM Dispensers, we know they can. One of our favorite projects inside Phoenix’s most exclusive private club proves it.

The Setting: The Ra Ra Room

Hidden inside Phoenix’s Footprint Center, home of the Suns and Mercury, is The Ra Ra Room, a private members club created by Major Food Group.

The Ra Ra Room is designed to be a world within a world. Velvet seating, wine toned interiors, intimate lighting, fine dining, and cocktails that rival the city’s best. Every detail is carefully chosen to create a space of elegance and indulgence.

The Challenge: Bringing Candy Into Luxury

When most people think of candy dispensers, they imagine them in candy stores,  ice cream shops or as a practical solution in hospitality. But at the Ra Ra Room, the vision was different.

The goal was to create a candy feature wall that could stand proudly alongside velvet chairs and crystal glasses. Something elegant, functional, and fun at the same time.

The Solution: Customized H10-FF Free Flow

To achieve this, IDM customized model H10-FF from our Free Flow line in a deep red, wine like finish that perfectly matched the décor.

The installation included seven individually hung units, allowing the dispensers to be spaced exactly where they fit best along the wall. Guests twist, taste, and enjoy perfectly portioned sweets, while the dispensers themselves became part of the room’s design.

The Outcome: A Photographed Focal Point

What began as an unexpected element became one of the Ra Ra Room’s most photographed features. Members loved the candy experience, and the club’s management saw how seamlessly the dispensers fit in with the setting.

Six months later, after receiving amazing feedback, the Ra Ra Room returned to IDM with a second order. This time, they replaced other storage solutions with IDM dispensers, expanding the candy wall and proving the value of combining design with functionality.

What This Shows

This project demonstrates how IDM dispensers are not only for vibrant shops or functional kitchens. With imagination and customization, they can become a highlight in luxury hospitality spaces such as private clubs, hotels, and high end restaurants.
