The Vision: Ritual Meets Retail

When Wild Brands approached us, they were working on something unique. A flagship Apothecary Herb Bar for Tea & Tonic, a wellness brand that blends holistic health with botanical beauty.

The concept was more than just retail - it was about creating a full sensory experience where guests could blend their own herbal teas and bath soaks. Every detail needed to reflect calm, care, and connection.

They weren’t just looking for functional containers.
They needed dispensers that enhanced the ritual visually, functionally, and emotionally.

The Process: From Options to Customization

We began with a collaborative process. The team at Wild Brands shared their goals and explained what wasn’t working in their current space. We listened carefully, then offered several options from our Loose Tea Dispensers.

Two different dispenser mechanisms were sent for testing in the live space, allowing their team to explore how the dispensers work with their product.

After feedback and hands-on testing, they selected our Free Flow Line a sleek, twist-handle dispenser known for its clean pour and preserved freshness.

But the journey didn’t stop there.

We worked closely with their team to customize the finish in a the beloved IDM gold that perfectly matched their serene, elegant aesthetic of their Herb Bar. Gold-colored catch trays were added to elevate both form and function.

Finally, we have customized the capacity to fit their exact needs based on their estimated product turnover at the spa.

The Result: A Space That Invites Interaction

The Herb Bar is now open, and the results are stunning. Every element of the space invites guests to slow down, explore, and connect with themselves and the ingredients. The dispensers offer a clean, elegant way to serve loose herbs, without compromising the design of the space.
