FBD100-FS Bulk Cereal Dispenser

FBD100-FS is a free-standing bulk merchandising dispenser with a 13.5 liter capacity, designed to present cereal in a clean, modern and hygienic way. It is ideal for breakfast buffets, retail stores, supermarkets, hotel shops and health and food stores that want to offer a fresh and organized cereal display.

The large 13.5L container holds generous amounts of cereal, granola or oats and keeps them protected from open scoops or cross-contamination. The removable catch tray at the bottom keeps the serving area tidy and allows fast daily cleaning.

Equipped with our patented "Free Flow PRO" mechanism, the dispenser includes two portion levels (Standard and Low) so you can adjust the serving size to different types of cereal, from small flakes to larger clusters. The ergonomic nickel-coated metal handle provides a smooth dispensing action and ensures users receive the exact amount they want.

A built in false front system keeps the display looking full even as stock levels decrease, helping maintain a consistent and attractive presentation. The clear SAN container allows excellent visibility while helping staff monitor product levels easily. The black ABS lid and transparent funnel complete a simple and professional look.

Although designed with cereal in mind, the FBD100-FS is also suitable for many other dry foods such as granola, nuts, pulses, grains, beans, seeds, snacks, chocolate chips, dried fruit, candy and even coffee beans or pet food.

The free-standing model includes a strong metal stand with an allocated slot so the dispenser slides in and out easily for cleaning or refilling. A removable catch tray at the bottom keeps the area clean.

All materials are BPA free and comply with FDA and EU food contact regulations.

1. All orders over £600 net of VAT are FREE from delivery charges.
2. For orders of £300 to £600 net of VAT a £45 fixed shipping charge will be applied.
3. For orders up to £300 net of VAT a £25 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

North America 
1. All orders over $1000 are FREE from delivery charges.
2. For orders of $300 to $1000 a $60 fixed shipping charge will be applied.
3. For orders up to $300 a $30 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

Europe:
1. All orders over €1000 are FREE from delivery charges.
2. For orders of €400 to €1000 an €85 fixed shipping charge will be applied.
3. For orders up to €400 a €45 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

Middle East 
1. All orders over €4500 are FREE from delivery charges.
2. For orders of €1500 to €4500 a €400 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

VAT & Customs clearance

• Once the dispensers enter your country, you might be requested to pay VAT according to the tax laws in your country. Please note that VAT is refundable for you if you are a VAT-registered company.
• For orders inside the European Union only: 
  • If you are ordering under a company name, please send us your VAT & EORI numbers to assist in the customs clearance process.
  • If you are ordering for a private person / residential address, please send us your Tax ID to pass the customs clearance process 
  • IDM dispensers are duty-free under EUR1 agreements and should not carry customs charges under HS codes 3924109000 / 3924100019 however there might be some customs clearance charges applied. 
• For orders shipped to the United States only:
  • Effective August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption has been suspended, meaning duties and taxes may now apply to all imports regardless of value. In addition, under the new Reciprocal Tariff policy, US Customs may impose an import tariff on these items. This policy is currently under legal review, and if overturned, you may be eligible to reclaim duties already paid.

Canceling/Modifying an Order

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible through email or over the phone or Contact us here

Online orders are limited to a total of 14 units for wholesale orders, or to a total order value of 7500 Euros / 9000 USD.

Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any order. 

Returns

Goods may be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 30 days of receipt provided they are returned unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging, and according to the following terms:

      Products that are no longer required or incorrectly ordered

• A restocking charge of 25% will be applied to all returns. Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return.
• All returns must be received in unused and resalable condition in original packaging. Goods received that are used, damaged, or with missing packaging cannot be refunded and will either be returned to the buyer at their own cost or destroyed with the buyer's consent.
• Any items that have been custom-made, discounted, or non-standard items are strictly non-returnable. 
• The shipping cost of returning any goods that are no longer required or that have been incorrectly ordered will be paid for by the buyer, including any customs fees that might be applied during the return process. 

     Products that are not collected or cleared by customs

• IDM will be happy to assist you with the customs clearance process of your dispensers. If you do not clear the dispensers through customs and they are returned to IDM, a restocking charge of 25% will be applied to the return.
• Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return.
• Any additional charges that might be applied due to the customs clearance process or the return of the item to IDM, will also be deducted from the final credit.

     Products that are returned under warranty

• Any returns under warranty may be repaired rather than replaced or refunded, under IDM's sole discretion. 

 To start a return, you can contact us at +44 (0) 746 386 1604 or admin@idm-dispenser.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once a return confirmation has been issued, all returns must be received within 14 calendar days; No credits can be issued beyond this period.

 Damages

• Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, please keep the items and packaging and contact us within 3 business days of receipt so we can find a solution for you. We may request pictures of the damage to help with this process. Damage claims outside of this period may not be processed. 
• In most instances, a refund or an offer of replacement will be made. 
• In the case of international deliveries outside of Europe; IDM Dispensers Ltd. reserves the right to refund damaged items rather than replace them.  

IDM Dispenser Ltd. Warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date (proof of purchase is required).  During this period, IDM Dispensers Ltd., will, at its opinion, repair or replace a defective product at no charge, except as stated below.

This limited warranty does not cover any losses or damages that occur as a result of:

• Shipping or improper maintenance
• Improper cleaning
• Misuse
• Neglect
• Any cause other than ordinary use
• Adjustment
• Repair or modification
• Normal wear and tear
